The Hennequin family would like to welcome you to Hilltop Campground, a friendly and inviting camping destination nestled in the scenic town of Robbinston, Maine. Perched on a hilltop, our campground offers refreshing views of the Passamaquoddy Bay and glimpses of St. Andrews, New Brunswick. We're ideally situated between the charming coastal towns of Calais and Eastport, providing a convenient base for exploring the Downeast & Acadia region.
At Hilltop Campground, we pride ourselves on creating a fun and safe atmosphere for all campers. Our community-oriented campground is home to many seasonals, made up of both US & Canadians citizens, who contribute to the vibrant and active environment. Whether you're staying for a night or the entire season, you'll find a welcoming community with fun filled events and activities for all ages.
Our camping season runs from May 15th through October 15th, offering a memorable getaway for families, friends, and solo travelers alike. We invite you to experience the beauty of Downeast Maine and create lasting memories at Hilltop Campground!
Directions
For the best driving experience, and safety, we recommend you stay on highways wide enough with shoulders on the side of the road. Remaining on Route 1 only adds 3 tenths of a mile to the location of the campground.
Remain on Route 1 North when arriving from Bar Harbor, Ellsworth, and other southern Maine locations, then turn left onto Ridge Road.
Turn Right onto Route 1 South from Route 9 arriving from Bangor, ME and avoid Route 191 and back roads. Drive through Calais , ME following the signs. Turn right onto Ridge Road
